A Win for the Econlockhatchee River

August 14, 2018

I couldn't wait to share the good news: The Seminole County Commission said no to the River Cross proposal tonight in a unanimous vote. This is an important step in protecting the Econlockhatchee River and the rural boundary. The next step is protect the essential wetlands next to the river through permanent conservation. High density development next to the Econ River is not an option.
